A Standard for Service Delivery

I recently decided to buy a new motorcycle, and after some browsing and asking around I finally decided to go to Cayenne World in Midrand. My experience got off to a bit of a rocky start, as the bike I was initially interested in was sold with very little feedback coming my way from Cayenne. However, Nadeem Frazenburg very promptly picked up the ball, supplying me with a list of available bikes in the class I was looking at, as well as sending me photos and a spec sheet for the bike I was interested in. Maritza Potgieter was in charge of organizing my contract and finance, which was sorted out in less than a day. The on-site experience was even better, they were friendly and extremely helpful, devoting a lot of their time and effort to every last detail that I thought to query. During the handover of the bike, Nadeem explained exactly what I can expect and what I should look out for, as this is a brand new bike. <br> I can honestly say that this has been the BEST sales experience of my life.<br> Thank you very much, Nadeem and Maritza.
