Unfair dismissal

My husband worked for Caxton in Croesus and they were unfairly dismissed and they opened a case which they won now they are waiting for their pay out it's been 2 years now waiting nd it's 4 of them... It's sad because they can't take care of their families. We advise if they should reopen the case or what, they can't even afford lawyers anymore.
