Unable to claim prize

I won movie tickets by entering a competition in the Alberton record sponsored by Caxton. I took my kids to the Glen last night to redeem my prize, only to be told that I could only watch a movie older than 2 weeks. Nothing was older than that and even if I come back after 2 weeks they will not be showing, only the new releases. So please explain how do I then claim my prize. Please see attached email which clearly does not indicate how old the movie needs to be only that it needs to be a 3D movie. "Congratulations ! You are the lucky winner! You have won Two 3D tickets to go and watch Any 3D Movie at your nearest Nu Metro Cinema! You need to present these codes as a voucher at the box office to collect your complimentary ticket. These vouchers are valid for any standard Nu Metro Cinema – these vouchers are not valid for Scene Xtreme or Scene VIP. Codes expires within three months. Enjoy the movie! I cannot believe that between Caxton and Nu metro they could not rectify this situation even after one of the attandants phoned to confirm my prize. I am utterly disgusted as my kids were so excited about seeing a movie last night only be told it could not happen. This is truly a 2020 prize,, you don't know what you're gonna get!
