Poor service (loooooong turnaround time) False promise

Poor services. I renewed my license disc via this agent and it has been almost a month now they keep sending smses that "in progress" I will incur extra late penalties now. Already have 2x R800 fines.

This is disgusting! LET US KNOW IF YOU CANNOT HELP OR CAN'T KEEP UP WITH DEMAND. Your feedback "backlog" is insufficient we need our licenses. Rgds, Mandla
