Zero customer services availability
No one answers the telephone and no response to emails. I am trying to follow up on my order of textbooks but I cannot get hold of the supplier. Why have a customer services phone number and email address if no one picks up the phone or replies to your message. The school term has already started and my kids have zero textbooks which I paid for over two weeks ago.
