Worst book store in history

I ordered and fully paid for my child's school books November 2021 including the R100 delivery fee. Till today the books have not been delivered and are needed to be at school this very day. Caxton books made no effort in communicating what was going on.

I had to physically go and fetch the books from their store. I stood in the queen for 2 hours plus outside. The number of people who were in line in front of me made me realize that I am not the only one experiencing this bad service and unprofessional treatment.

Such treatment is not acceptable seeing that we pay well ahead of time but have to spend more urgently to get the order.

This really inconvenienced every plan I had for the day. I do not recommend this business.
