Terrible Service

The service is absolutely terrible, i dont know if there is anything worse than pathetic. I ordered books on the 6th of December, throughout this time i keep on getting the same feedback that there is no stock. Schools are about to open and they cant give me a clear indication of when they will get the books. There is no progress on my query whatsover, i keep on getting the same remark for over a month now.
