So so so bad

The worst service I have ever experienced. Ordered books and paid for in full in January and not to be told that the books were in fact out of stock. Told it would take about 2 weeks to get the books, it has now been nearly 2 months and still no feedback from them. Shocking that they can take your money but can't communicate with you. I am still outstanding 2 books from my orders and have no idea when these will come. Disgraceful! Sad that they probably won't even see all these reviews.
