Shocking service

I have ordered and paid for school books for both my children online on 3 January. I have to date still not received the text books (paid for delivery). I have phoned them everyday for a week and only get an aswering machine. They do not respond to emails either. I happen to get hold of them on Tuesday afternoon. They then told me that there are several books out of stock and the waiting period is 2-3weeks. Please note that according to the website when I ordered it showed the number of books available. All the books I ordered was available. The lady then promised that they will send the other books to me today. Empty promises. I have not received a single book. I will never ever order any books from Caxton again and strongly recommend the general public to go elsewhere. Hugely disappointed in the service and communication. Absolutely shocking!!
