Poor services - they do not care about you as a customer

Two years in the row - bad experience after bad experience. I have ordered books for my child in November, paid in full, paid deliver, email to confirm. however, till today books are not delivered, I ended up going to the Caxton shop to wait in the Que for hours. never mind that I have email confirming deliver and dispatch from the warehouse - which never happen. I spoke to Nicole, email her until i turn blue on face. last year i had two books which were deliver end or the first semester - same saga this year still waiting for some out of stock books and they do not know when they will arrive; but I ordered books last year (3 month Ago). Poorest of the poor when it comes to the communication. no honesty
