Matric Books NOT delivered!

I placed an online order with Caxtons on the 16th January 2018 for my daughters MATRIC books, the invoice stated that delivery would be in 3 working days. On not receiving books I phoned to enquire on the delay and was advised that the books were not in stock. Why was this not advised when placing the order? After complaining it appeared that 2 of the books were in stock and they would be sent in the interim. To date, i.e. 31st January the balance of the books have NOT arrived, on phoning today, 3 of the books are actually in stock, but one is STILL outstanding and will only be received mid-February. Had I not phoned again to enquire, none of my books on back order would have been sent until the complete order received. Our school has made Caxtons Books the main supplier of our MATRIC syllabus and we cannot source the books elsewhere - how can you not have stock available Caxtons? Why is there no customer feedback? AND as this is a Matric year, surely you understand the importance of students receiving books timeously! This service is unacceptable and directly effecting my daughters Matric year and future!
