eBooks - 5 days and still no access codes :(

My daughter purchased her school text books in ebook format from Caxton books on Thursday and was informed they would email her the access codes. To date these have not been received. My daughter phoned Caxton books this morning and was told they would get back to her. Nothing. I've just phoned and been told Johnathan is the only one who can issue / process these codes and he's not available. I was given his cell number but he keeps dropping the calls. These are ebooks for petes sake, how long can this take? SL25328
