BAD SERVICE

Placed online order, no notification to advise which textbooks were not available. Paid in full and when called to arrange collection was told that 4 of the textbooks are not available. How can they take payment for books that are not in stock!! They can't even tell me when these textbooks will be available. They also keep promising to call back but never do. Shocking service and highly recommend NOT USING THEM!!
