Cawood Accounting fails to deliver or communicate

Carol accepted to do the audit for the non-profit organisation I direct in November 2014. The bookkeeping was already done so the request was to sign off on them. It was conveyed the audit was necessary for fundraising. I was quoted R350 for the whole thing. After many email and voicemail not responded to, I get an email in August 2014 that Carol (9 months later) has passed along my files to another auditor. No communication, no apology. She said she sent me email to which I didn't respond and when I asked her to forward me those email, she neglected. 9 months later I do not have my financials, do not know with whom they are, and do not have the necessary documentation to apply for funding.
