Charging for undone work

This is web development comany, one of their member(Fidel Kekana) does computer repairs on the side. He failed to repair my computer and has done more damage than good, and now they are refusing to refund me my money. I wanted to make the public aware before working with these people, if one of their members can do such and the company does nothing about it, it could be done to you as well
