Water Waste During a Drought

I think it's disgusting that we're in the middle of a drought, and yet there is a car wash that operates from Cavendish Square. And they're using power hoses and the like to wash the cars. The ground is filled with water which is being wasted. There are water free alternatives, but even if there weren't you could at least insist that the car wash uses buckets to minimize waste.
