Return Policy a SHAME!

<p>My mom recently bought my brother a pair of UZZI pants at this store. He literary wore them twice, after washing them, the pants had white lines. The pants were hand washed, my mom noticed that the colour was coming off so she sent my brother the following day to return the pants. My mom works Monday to Saturday so she can't go herself. When my brother went, he was told that there was nothing wrong with the pants, "You just need to rinse them off properly", said the lady that helped him. ****ed he went home and put the pants in water, guess what the pants look the same. Actually the more the pants get washed the more the colour goes off, from navy the pants now looked bleached and have these white lines. Now I don't understand if your store assistants think they have degrees in cloth washing or what. But those pnts are definitely not worth the R500 we spent. Why have a return policy if you know you will play both judge and jury. I mean its brand new pants which now look like hand me downs. We just want another pair of pants, please R500 is a lot of money. I dont think we being unreasonable. </p>
