While we have had rolling blackouts in our beautiful country you decide to still take paying patrons for a CHOP !!

I arrive at your centre, Drive into the paid parking lot, yes you allow me to drive in , whjle all knowing that the power cuts shut almost ever single shop. Sorry I live on the West Coast and do not follow your scheduled power cuts in the area , I would expect you to have suitable generators to keep the centre going, you are after all a retail Centre! Funny how the ticketing machines WORK on entry. Walk into the centre , it is all dark and only two retailers open - Woolies and PnP if memory serves me. I was there for a haircut. I walk down the none working escalators to find it all dark , I pass a comment to the hairdresser and about turn to leave.... Arrive at the PAY POINT - OMG its powered on. Put in my ticket , BING !!!! Pay R13 rand - FOR LESS THAN 10 Minutes. Pay MY money - Again - Oh! My it works...... Leave to the Boom Gate , put in my PAID Ticket , It works - POWERED ON again, Leave your building , spent nothing.....YET YOU CHARGE ME. DISGUSTED to say the least
