Paying for parking when not using parking services

n December, I took my car to be washed and the seats steam-cleaned at Hannibals Car Wash in the Cavendish Centre. I dropped the car, came back about 5 hours later. I did not visit any shops, and I did not park in any of the Cavendish car parking areas. Yet when I collected my car, I had to pay R30 for parking! I went to Hannibals again last week and paid again for parking.<br> <br> How can they justify charging for parking when my car was never parked in the Cavendish parking area. Surely it would be fair - and easy to manage - to have a system where the customers of Hannibals don't have to pay for parking?<br> <br> I have written twice to the centre management, and had no response at all.<br>
