No generators for load shedding? WTH???

how on earth does Cavendish not have back up generators???? even Kenilworth center has generators! they get enough money from their stores renting as the renting cost of a store is extremely high! Now i have to cancel my movie i booked online due to load shedding, i have to wait days to be refunded and also staff at ster kinekor does not answer the damn phone ive been trying to call to ask if the movie is playing at a later time.
