False Accusation by security guards

Good day,I have been at the mall on the 26 Wednesday.I experienced the worst embarrassing service from Excellerate security where a security guy approached me and my sister in public in front of ATMs accusing us of *****ing an iPhone after we have used the toilets stating that it belonged to a white lady that was there before us.I have taken the report to Mr Magmoed Benjamin who said he will look at the cameras then get back to me but still no word from him.
