Cavendish Square Movie Nightmare

My experience at Cinema Prestige Cavendish yesterday was nothing short of a nightmare. Apon arrival I was told by the only staff member in the lounge area not to use the bathroom on that floor as it is 'dirty & stinky'. Upon using the bathroom I encountered a ****roach! We ordered cake and hot chocolate which arrived very late. While waiting I heard the staff member shout down to the next level 'someone bring a knife for the cake'. She came to tell us that our hot chocolate was late as they were making it downstairs because the hot chocolate upstairs is 'yucky'. When it arrived 25 min later, it was not great. We rushed in to our movie after the delay, as there was no one directing us, we followed the poster above the door and 10 min later discovered we were in the wrong movie! The same lady who served the cake told us we had to use the next movie entrance as the posters above the door were incorrect. We eventually began watching our movie, 15 min late after all the delays and confusion. Although the seats were comfortable I will definitely not be using 'Cinema Prestige' or Ster Kinekor at Cavendish or elsewhere again. Judging by this experience, one wonders what the average Ster Kinekor cinemas are like these days. What a disappointment.
