They over promised me and now they can't deliver

<p>I joined credit clear in feb 2017,I paid from that time.</p> <p>in April I notice a debit order for 799 and 750 for my month payment now they call me asking to speak to my husband who had never joined this credit clear.</p> <p> </p> <p>for me I sent emails nobody rep****,may they debit again 799 and 750 I went I reversed all of those debit orders only now I get calls.,,I according to me they over charged me in in April so now I have a balance of 49 meaning this month I have to be charged 700,I never said my husband wants to join credit clear therefore they must debit my account I only signed for myself and I can tell you now nothing has been done i still get calls from my creditors harassing me while I have credit clear on my side I want all my money back I will pay my creditors on my own that's it </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
