Silent calls driving me mad

<p>This company at 115 Sivewright Ave, New Doornfontein, Jo'burg, have been driving my wife mad with silent calls that either just ring her phone and then cut off or ask her if her credit rating is blacklisted. I've made as many of the phone numbers blocked on her phone but they seem to use a range of them.</p>
