Reinstating Policy without my consent

<p>over 4 months ago i specifically called credit clear/ life power to have my policy cancelled as i could not afford any further deductions off my account , they then reinstated my policy without my consent Im in need of that money back i noticed this going through my bank statement that they have been deducting , no communication was established nor by email or telephonically , Im stranded with no money and these guys are just doing as they please off my account , I want all funds to be refunded as in yesturday , i really dont belive in complaints but this has gone too far and want that money back ! i am considering taking legal steps against this company </p>
