on the 3rd of April i received an sms then i rep**** and Patrick called me and explained to me how their company assist people and he said in order for him to proceed with the application i must pay the admin fee of R1 400 he gave me option to pay in 2months time i then told him that i don't have money i will have to get back to him im not confirming anything. i was surprised on the 15th of April R799 was deducted in my account and i called them to say that i want my money back and the lady by the name of Terran said i must email her my bank statement which i did and when i called they said they did pay me on the 12 May and emailed me the proof of payment i took it to the bank because Ive been waiting since the 12 and i when i got to FNB bank on the 22 May they told that the proof of payment that i had is not legit and they also checked into my there's no R799, i called Terran to explain she told me to email my bank statement again and when i called the supervisor wanting clarity she rudely hanged up the phone I don't UNDERSTAND THAT THE PERSON WHO HAS A HIGH POSITION TREATING CUSTOMERS THEY SHE DID, all i want is my money it was easy for them to deduct but hard to refund m
