No Service and no response

<p>I receive incorret information form one of the consultants that assist me. When I asked her how to cancel my prev debt councellors, she told me to stop payment immediatly and that their wont be any fees. Now my prevouis debt councel now hold me responsible for the outstanding fees. Ive called them multiple times without any feedback</p>
