No service after full payment- useless

Worst service ever received. Five years after they received full payment to help us negotiate better ratescand settle our debt they had done absolutely nothing. After having the sheriff come write our stuff up we ended up settling the bill by ourselves. Now five years after the fact Credit Clear keeps phoning telling us they are working on the issue. What for????? It was resolved by ourselves long ago. ***** your money to give no service. Pathetic!!
