NO RESPONSE

So after my fiance's account was paid in full in October 2014 and after I have asked a paid up letter twice ,today 02/02/2015 being the second time I have asked the reply from the LIFE POWER office was that they do not know why I want a paid up letter as the account still has some outstanding amounts...Which can not be as the last debit order was deducted end of October 2014.<br> So I have asked them for a refund of R 130 which now at 15:45 has been done yet and I still have not received an response on query.<br> <br> Now this is the second time I am complaining on Hello Peter because it seems that this is the only way for the office to communicate on the consumer complaint and it still seems they just want to deduct and deduct and never have answers. I also for my account had to ask for a statement which at least I received but they don't send out statements.
