Misleading information

I was misled by a newspaper advertisment saying they offer loans of up to R120 000 even if you are blacklisted. I sent an sms to the am and received a Call from a guy named Thabiso where he confirmed that they will be able to assist me and I had to pay R1500+ then they will arrange a loan facility for me as I explained that I need a loan to consolidate all my debt. Then my request was sent through to life power which also wants money from me with the hope of getting a loan for consolidating I also arranged a debit order with them and they taking forever to assist me. I spoke to a consultant by the name of Khosi (sales) advising her the reason for my application but now they telling me the loan is not guaranteed they are only going to help clear my name but how do creditors clear my name while i dont have money to pay them. I signed for this because I need money to pay my creditors and have 1 instalment monthly so I just want to know if they are able to help me or not and if this thing is legitimate or not. they say they're turn around time is 10 working days but this has prolonged. I would have made arrangements with my creditors eith the money I have paid to them already.
