LifePower (Credit Clear) Takes your money and does nothing for you

<p>I signed up with Credit Clear 7 October 2016. They initially gave me a quote for R6 557.00 of which I had to pay R1 598 as registration fee and 6 monthy installments of R826.50. </p> <p> </p> <p>11 October 2016 I was advised they made a mistake with the value and that my contract value should be R7 982.00 of which I had to pay the R1 598.00 as registration fee and 6 monthly installments of R1064.00. They had to assist me to get my withdrawal letter from the Debt Review company, Mulitchoice, African Bank Credit card and Personal loan as well as my Woolworths account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had to contact them continously to follow up on the progress of my Credit Record. Of which I HAD TO GET THE PAID UP LETTER FROM WOOLWORTHS AND MULTICHOICE. Life Power did NOTHING. Yet I paid them to do it and got no service! I have paid Life Power in FULL (R7 982.00) end of March and now I am paying R130.00 monthly FOR WHAT???</p> <p>I still do not have my withdrawal letter from the Debt Review company and it's been 10months now trying to get that document! Johannes Mashamaine is handling my file with Life Power and this man has been lying on e-mail and telephone to me about the status of my Withdrawal letter and now avoiding me!!?</p> <p>I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK FROM LIFE POWER!!!!
