They call you, and request you to provide all your details and request a once of payment, or payment over 2 months, After which they will send you and application form to act on your behalf in removing debt from your name.

After the first debit order is deducted from your account, they will keep in constant contact with you until the second debit order is deducted a month later.... after which you don't hear anything from them again.

The number and mail address that they provide is ****, and when calling the number you will be on hold for as long as you keep holding..

in the SMS's they send you, they mention that they receive high volumes of calls and you need to be patient, but you will never ever reach the same person, or any person for that matter ever again. Your money is gone... so just ensure at the bank that no further debit orders from Credit Clear can be deducted and put a stop to future transactions.
