<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">I have received a call from Credit clear with regards to them removing my name from credit listings with all credit bereau.At the time i had already offered one of my creditors a settlement.The lady on the phone reported that since the debt is older than 3 years they can write it off regardless of having a pending settlement request.She the reported that there is a once of payment of R1598.00 I was intrested in clearing my name and requested for a deduction of a once off payment.She then said after payment has gone through they will send me a clearence package(contract).I received a call from legal who then explained that since i have a settlement offer pending they cant clear my name.Mind you thats the only reason i was intrested.She the futher explained that there is a futher more payment of R3800 the R1580 was a registration fee.Shocked because i was informed of a once off payment.I cancelled....plus the first initial lady i spoke to never mentioned any other payments,futhermore she misinformed me stating that regardless of the pending settlement for a debt older than 3 years they can still request a write it off from the creditor.I then requested my money back and refused to sign the contract which will put me in to futher more debt.I was told to wait 3 days they will investigate.Spoke to Rochell from legal who confirmed that they do agree i was missinformed she has reffered the matter to refunds department was told Seema would contact me.After not hearing anything from refunds department.I called spoke to an extremly rude receptionist Nolwazi she refused to transfer me to Seema saying she is busy.After 5min Seema called to state they have listened to the recording the agent did tell me that they might not write off the debt and the is additional payments.In a right mind of any human being why would someone pay for service you will never receive.Not once was additional cost mention.They call it once off payment when they want to get your money (false statement).When the deduction payment has gone through...receiving the contract it is recorded as a registration fee.I was refused a refund regardless of me not having signing anything.Which makes one think which services did i actually pay for .Oh i forgot to mention i asked for the recording Seema refused to send it to me stating its an internal rule.I called the rude Receptionist Nolwazi requesting to speak to the manager she refused referring me to the same ******** Seema.I have reported these guys to NCC.Beware of these *****stars ...</span></p>
