Dishonest and ****

Credit Clear has not responded to my queries and it is almost a year now. They called and promised to clear my name with only a once off payment of R1598.00 and I repeatedly verified this making sure that once I paid this amount there was going to be no additional amounts requested and they assured me. However, after I paid the full amount I received an email demanding more money before they could deliver in their promises. I then made calls and as a last resort sent them the email below on 5 July 2018 to which they have not responded to this day. I still need my money back I guess is has some interest by now.

5 July 2018 Good day again

Last year (2017) a lady from your company called me offering to help me clear bad credit profile for only R1598.00. After an agreement on paying ONLY this amount (R1598.00) over two months, the first installment went through on the 22 September 2017 followed by another one on 25 October 2017 both for R799.00 each. Their reference was CredClear ********** 561cab1 170922 and CredClear ********** 561cab1 171025 respectively. The process of clearing my name was said to commence after the entire R1598.00 was paid.

On 26 October I received an email from Brenda Palmer who said she was from Life Power, with some documents I had to fill and that was to cost me an extra R3032.40 either once off or spread over monthly installments. Then after this money was paid they were going to start the process of clearing my name.

I told her that the agreement I had with the lady from Credit Clear was that I only pay of R1598.00 and there was no extra money I will be required to pay. She said then I should get back to the lady I was talking to. When I called your offices I spoke to another lady again because what I wanted was my money back or you guys deliver as promised. She took my details and said she will listen to the recording on the phone call where it was said I will ONLY pay the R1598.00 and get back to me, to this day I never received any call or form of communication again. This email is to follow up on that and probably the last before I seek some other form of help from somewhere on this regard. I was told to quote CC and my ID no as a reference (cc ********** 599087).
