DEDUCT MONEY FROM ACCOUNT BUT NO SERVICE OFFERED

Credit clear has promised to offer me a service and they deducted R800 from my account for 3 months. When calling them after it was clear that they were taking me for a ride as they were stioll debiting my account with no contact from their side.<br> <br> I contacted them on the 30 November 2015 and demanded my money to be refunded. They told me that will take 7 to 10 working days. I communicated with them before the 10 working days in order to ensure that I receive my money but now they are telling me with the processes.<br> <br> I have spoke with Andre, Sima Boyce and Dianne Kruger when speaking with thiese officials I can smell a rat as they don't sound professional and they are laughing while addressing the client.
