DEBIT MY ACC. & NO SERVICE THERE AFTER

To whom it may concern.<br> <br> I was approached in June 2015 by credit Clear. They said they could assist me in clearing my name off the blacklist. They debitted my account on 25 June 2015 for the amount of R248.00 . I was given a website address also to get my proof of the contract. THey also told me that they will be in constant contact with me. <br> <br> So far no one has contacted me, the website link I was given doesnt work, I tried to phone the number given to me to cancel the contract but no one answers. Today ( 09 July 2015) at 8:25am someone from credit clear phoned me not kowing I am already registered with them. I told her I want to cancel the contract and she said I must phone the number given to me, I explained I cant get through and if she cant transfer my call to the revelent person but she didnt want to. Please can someone assist me with this matter. I want the cotract cancelled and my money reversed back into my account.
