Credit Clear/Life Power is a ****

Monday morning of 19th August 2019 I was offered services that will assist me improve my credit profile telephonically by Credit Clear that I later learned that its othre name is Life Power. I liked the offer and initiated the registration process by providing my details including banking details. Minutes later a letter for registration confirmation was sent to me which surprisingly had my names spelled incorrectly.

Later on that day I was phoned desperately to update my incorrectly recorded banking details, I asked to do it tomorrow(Tuesday) because there were more than just banking details to rectify but I did not win that after receiving multiple calls insisting I update banking details which I ended up doing and updated misspelled names as well.

On Wednesday morning the 21st of August 2019 already I reached a decision to cancel this service. I spoke to the person who assisted/recruited me letting her know of my decision and she referred me to the help desk. A registration Cancellation Letter was immediately drafted and sent to the company mail addresses I was given from the confirmation letter.

Thursday morning the 22nd of August 2019, the company started by sending me an SMS letting me know that I have registered with Credit Clear and I will receive confirmation documents within 48hrs which was obvious that my cancellation request is overlooked. Same day later on I received a call from the company to apologize that I cannot cancel because registration has went through and they will continue to debit from my account.

During this process I received calls from other external parties referencing Credit Clear to offer me extended services which I was surprised why would Credit Clear/Lifepower share my contacts without my knowledge.

Credit Clear is selling me the idea that they help people to improve their credit scores while they actually do the inverse. I am not going to allow that happen to me, my family or anyone that I know.
