Credit Clear

This company phoned me and promised they could help us sorting out our debt, I signed up for it but they still need to get my husbands consent. While waiting for this on the 11 May someone made an internet transaction on my account buying something. So on the 13th May I cancelled it and suddenly at least 5 days before the end of the month credit clear deducted money from my account. I phoned them and they said its not refundable, after discussion they say the wil pay it back but maybe only on the 15th or last day of June. I think they ***** people's money!! I said I want the money back immediately, they actually said I did not send them back my id number as requested. I did do that and proof it to the lady. I really think this is just another company *****ing people's money while also telling you the work with ABSA. Very dissapointed.
