Cancel The Contract

I registered with Credit Clear on Friday, 14 December. On Tuesday, 18th they deducted an amount of R1788.00, where as they were given a date to deduct on the 31th of this month. This deduction is 16 days before the actual deduction date. "Where the hell do you think I'd have money from at this time of the month". I spoke to a supervisor after this who told me that they had started doing their work and that's why they deducted and will not be able to refund the money- forgetting that in the beginning of the call she told me that the company is closing for the festive period starting from Wednesday, 19th. I personally think that Credit Clear has the worst business acumen ever and honestly put their consultants in a position where they can't even answer basic questions on their services.

I had just signed up the contract and was very impressed by how the sales consultant handled the call. But this has obviously made me feel that they are ****** and deserve to be exposed for their unprofessional service.

I asked for this to be cancelled and the supervisor said they will cancel but it hasn't because I received an sms today that stated that I just registered and that my profile will be assessed in the new year...

Basic Instructions aren't followed..
