Bad Service

I joined this credit clear company to help me sort out my ITC record. I have account with African Bank and Nedbank.

I have to call them every time to get feedback on what is happening with my accounts. Their manager told me that they dont have time to report back to me with letters from my creditors on the agreements of my payments. This morning after 4 month I had to call them again to ask what is happening with Nedbank, the consultant said to me they forgot to inform me what and how I have to pay back Nedbank.

I also asked that they inform me via letters about the agreement to payback African Bank - but its to much work for them. They are very quickly to take off the debit order but when it comes to the work they need to do, you have to remind them what you need.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I would never ever recommend them to anyone!
