Bad attitude from Call Centre agent

<p>Got a call from a call centre agent from Life power 16/02/2016</p> <p> </p> <p>He had such a stinking attitude asking me why i didnt take the policy.</p> <p>I told him that I was not comfortable with them as they had received very bad reviews </p> <p> </p> <p>he continues to tell me that KFC in Braam got bad reviews but people still go there.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then continues to say he knows where I live. (suttle threat) </p> <p> </p> <p>How does one get ahold of this company I do not people this is a real company at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>what can be done to investigate ?</p>
