<p>I recently requested assistance in improving my credit score so that I can easily get credit. They debited my account and promised to assist me in doing so. Now they do not communicate the same way they did when I needed assistance, since they have debited my account and still to do so, they are not keeping their promise. The staff members are horrible in customer service and I am spending more to get this matter resolved. I felt like I was interacting with someone who just came from high school and has no clue what they are talking about. I have already lost more than R1500 and still have no idea what the service they promised to provide went to. I feel like I have been ****med by credit clear.</p>
