I placed an order for the Valdo hoodie for my son's birthday on the 15th of July,i was reassured the hoodie will be delivered within two weeks,i kept communicating with Bas on how far they were,firstly they didn't have the color we ordered,OK understood that because of covid. It is the 13th of August,they have been giving me the run around,empty promises,excuses,stories and tell tales,not taking calls,my son's birthday is on saturday,i now have to break his heart because of ***********,unprofessional people that work at cavaaparel. I have never experienced such bad service in my life,never again.And to think my son's friends also wanted the hoodie.They don't even deserve the one star i gave them.Now i must beg to get my refund. I have to run around looking for a replacement gift at the last minute.
