Non delivery of sneaker, does not want to refund me back, does not respond to whatsapp messages or phone calls
On the 6th May 2021 I purchased sneakers from Cava Sneakers, since today I have not received anything, I even asked for my refund but nothing they don't want to pay me back, even on whatsapp they take long to respond and no one answers when you call. Is there anyone who can assist us with these people who are clearly ******** us, can we open a case against them or can we report them somewhere. this is not how you do business.

Firstly, thank you for your purchase and your honest review.
Pertaining to the issue - we profusely apologize for the service rendered to you. We started Cava Sneakers in June 2020 during the hard lockdown and we had not anticipated the growth we had experienced.
As a result, there were many mistakes we made. Including a huge backlog of orders. We have since delivered 60% of outstanding orders and are now awaiting stock to fulfil the rest. I will ask our Customer Services team to call you and notify you when your refund will be processed. Kindly confirm your order number so I can escalate this.
Lastly, thank you yet again for having ordered with us. Although we regret the route our relationship with you went, we'd really hope you would consider us again some day.
