No sense of service.

I had to lay a complaint to the Consumer Protection Ombudsman to get a full refund after stomaching excuses and the operation’s manager (Naledi) dismissive approach and entitlement to understanding irregardless of no sensitization to the company’s challenges. She also insinuated that I am a difficult customer- sarcastically offering a chat session in future once I own a business and face “difficult customers with no sense of understanding”. Its attitude and service like this which continue to weaken the trust of consumers in Black owned businesses. I would not recommend Cava Sneakers to anyone who expects customer service and timely product delivery.
