If Customer Service was a company...

I placed my order on the 13th February 2023 and was expecting it on the 17th February 2023. On the 17th when I check on my account profile, to go through the delivery detail, I find that my order was cancelled. I sent an email to Caught Online and within minutes I received an email back from Caught Online explaining where the issue went wrong and had already made arrangements to have my order delivered on the 18th February 2023.

My order was delivered on the 18th February in perfect condition, delivered by the friendliest person. I was so happy with the service from when I submitted my complaint, the resolution, the portion sizes and quality of product. I cannot fault this. You have a loyal customer for life from me. If only it was possible to give them 10 stars.
