Aweful Service - no delivery attempt - refund request

I placed an order on Tuesday expected next day delivery as advertised to ensure I had fresh fish for weekend guests. The next day was a public and I was told they'd deliver Thursday. Thursday came went, no delivery attempt no notification. By Friday midday I called and was told 15:00. This placed is closed on the weekend so I am already nervous. This guy first ignored my call then had the audacity to tell me "it's just fish" after I waited 2 full days - no apology no acknowledgment - do not waste your money. Now we wait for the refund in hopes it won't be returned next year.
