Pathetic work ethic

<p>I ordered a vegetarian stir fry for my mother in law, for delivery. While eating it, she found beef in it. I then proceeded to call them and notify them of what happened, and the manager I spoke to was SO rude, it was unbelievable. When I asked to speak to the owner he said that the owner was out of town. Yes mistakes happen, I understand that, but the way that manager handled the situation was appalling, and from a manager, he should know better. He just said I should bring the food back and take my money. Let me Say again, he was so rude, so seeing that he didn't care about the situation or my business, and made it quite clear that I should take my business elsewhere, that is what I'm going to do. And hell will freeze over before I go back there, and a manager that like is a liability to the business. And since he didn't care, I will go on to every media site I can, and I will say what I've said here. And everyone I know will here about this, and I will persuade as many people I can not to go there. It was pathetic</p>
