Blacks not allowed in - Catwalk Stellenbosch

Catwalk Stellenbosch does not want blacks to enter their night club. Visiting Stellies the past weekend, we planned to check out Catwalk (black guy with a bunch of white friends) , at the door the white guys went inside without any hiccups by producing their drivers license and R20 cover charge. It was my turn to produce the latter, as I gave the lady at the door R100 note she ignored me like I as if I wasn't there, so I turned to the bouncer thinking I have to show my ID first. That I did, the bouncer requested a student card, I told him I was from out of town and not a Matie student. Out of the blue he chased me out saying no student card no entry, even though he had my ID and noted my willingness to pay. I was taken aback by this thus I called my friends from the inside saying that I'm not allowed in and lets find another joint to spend the night. The bouncer got even more agitated by this and went to the adjacent night clubs to tell those bouncers not to let me in, and started making threatening remarks on how he will make sure I won't go in anywhere that night. Shocked by the treatment, we left Catwalk and the pubs around to find a decent place a few blocks away. Avoid Catwalk
