Wrong Order Twice, old, cold and old food.

Good Day<br> <br> Around 8:00pm on the 05 March 2016, I placed an order for 5 Burgers for takeaway. I made sure that I confirmed my order over the phone twice. I then went to collect my order and I once again confirmed my order and they assured me that my order was correct.<br> <br> Once I got home I noticed that ALL the burgers were incorrectly made. I Immediately took it back and they then re-did the order. I got home and the 5th burger that was suppose to be a R89.00 Blue cheese and fig burger was actually a half a classic burger. ( Had no buns).<br> <br> The worst part is that all our chips were cold and stale, the spinach was not washed correctly ( contained some sand). I can only assume that they just replaced the burgers and left the cold chips as is. I immediately phone the manager Tony, and he assured me that he was going to deliver a voucher that night or in the next morning. We received NOTHING.<br> <br> I am totally DISGUSTED with this service and quality of food we received. I have been coming to Cattle Baron since I was a kid ( More than 15 years now) and not once in my life have I ever experienced this. For the price we paid I only EXPECT THE BEST. <br> <br> I hope this gets sorted out ASAP.<br> <br> Regards
